If this sounds like something that’s calling your name,we’re here to tell you all about what you can expect on OneBreath’s upcoming yoga retreat at Jan Harmsgat Farm and Country House!

Julia McCann is a yoga instructor and founder of OneBreath Yoga. Since starting her yoga journey in 2013, she has transformed to become the healthiest version of herself.  Julia found that the style of Vinyasa resonated with her mind and body the most, so after 3 years of a committed practice, she completed her 200hr Teacher Training at The YogaLife in Cape Town. Her vision as a yoga instructor and retreat host, is to create a space where people are able to dive deep into understanding the self, whilst improving their physical health, wellness and overall inner peace.

Julia started hosting regular retreats in 2018, where she wanted to create a safe private space where her clients are able to express themselves in their entirety, wherever they are in their practice. Being able to dive deep into understanding the self, whilst encouraging inner transformation through the practice of meditation & mindfulness, chakra healing and physical yoga asana.

“Yoga is the therapeutic practice of mindfulness, in which we are able to profoundly integrate our internal environment with our external environment, with the intention of remaining consciously connected to both, long after we have left our mats.”

Julia is excited to be teaming up with Jan Harmsgat to bring you her next retreat in March!

You are invited to this luxurious getaway where you will be granted the space and freedom to embark on a journey of Self-Exploration, Mindfulness, Transformation, Relaxation and Connection.
