Nourish and restore with a retreat on the water!
“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you. A joy”
The words of Rumi are the epitome of what Nina and Nicole offer at Nourish and Restore Yoga Retreats. We got in touch with them to hear all about the wonderful experiences of their retreats on the water.
Nina and Nicole met at a Pre- and Post Natal teacher training course where they hit it off straight away. It was only a few years later, over a glass of wine & dinner, that they came up with the concept of Nourish & Restore. Both Nina and Nicole come from a very strong teaching background, having over 20 years of experience between them. Their combined experience in teacher trainings, workshops and retreats make them the perfect team; as retreat hosts as well as friends.
Their goal was to create bespoke and unique Yoga Retreats intuitively tapping into the needs of their clients. The inspiration came from a yoga cruise that Nina attended in Turkey 3 years ago. She fell in love with the idea and told Nicole about it on her return. With the perfect image in mind, they set off to find the most luxuirous and suitable venue…
...which is how Nourish & Restore Yoga Retreats was born.
