The Beginner Series is a course designed for people who have never done yoga and/or for people who would like to refresh their memories. This grounding course will allow you to develop a basic safe, self practice and to get you to understand how the pose needs to work for your body using props.
Each week we build up, combining elements taught from the previous week to enhance the groundwork, to create a flow. We will look at how you can build strength both physically and mentally. Through this course, you will get to see how you can slowly open up the body and get deeper into it with the tools given from this course. By the end of the fourth week, you should feel more confident to attend regular classes and to dive deeper and be more curious about the body.

R600 per person. Includes an individual assessment and 5 class pass at HotDog Yoga Studio during the series.
