Body and mind into elevating into the ever elusive, INVERSIONS of the Asana Practice.
In this workshop we will start off with Breath Work/ Pranyama, followed by simple Kriya Activations to encourage a deeper awareness to the Belly and Abdominal region.
Strong Core will follow suit – this is to work to awaken both connection and fire in lower area of torso and hips- (Please Bring along your Forrest Rolls too).
Mobility movement exercises in the Wrist & Shoulder Area will be demonstrated and utilised to both maintain or create healthy joints and accessibility in these regions
Then we fully focus on activating the full potential of your body! From the strength of your core, the correct alignment from the palm to foot, the breath as the guide to shift both your body and your mind into turning upside down.
We explore a variety of inversions, learn a few handstand drills and other challenging poses anf the potential places you can POWER UP in your Asana Inversion Practice.
