Beginner Series Workshop

Get back to the basics of yoga with Mandisa Sinenhlanhla Nduli and build a foundation that works for your body. Enjoy a slow and detailed introduction to the fundamental elements of a Vinyasa yoga class. This course is designed for people who have never done yoga and/or for people who would like to refresh their memories. By the end of the fourth week, you should feel more confident and ready to dive deeper and be more curious about the body.

Week 1 : 8 April (Breathe, basic warm up & cool down postures, sun salutations & variations)
Week 2 : 15 April (Standing postures & Balance) 
Week 3 : 22 April (Forward folds and back-bends)
Week 4 : 29 April (Twists, some inversions & a recap of everything)

Times : 11:30- 13:00 PM
