Saturday is POWER UP:
This 2 hour session will focus strongly on the core work that stabilises us, both on our hands and on our feet.
Learning in this session to contract the muscles, joints and ligaments that we worked at connecting too and opening in the previous session and how to do so with precision and refinement, allowing the body to become compact and powerful in its awareness to each limb, in each pose.
We will learn a variety of handstand drills for you to continue practicing at home, and do a powerful and playful sequence in the second half of this workshop, followed by a lovely long Shavasana.
