CPT: Yoga Philosphy & Restorative workshop with Ulrica Norberg

The Yoga Room are very excited to host Ulrica Norberg at the studio in November for a workshop 'Empower Yourself: the ability to inspire oneself by releasing what is limiting us'. She is a renowned teacher in Sweden and throughout Europe and author of more than a dozen books on Health, Yin & Restorative Yoga and Meditation. She is also the lead Yin Yoga trainer at the ISHTA Yoga School in New York.

This afternoon starts with a talk on how we can best restore and strenghten our energies from within. We will flow through sequences that aim to work on increasing mobility and stability in the spine, in the breath and in the mind, finishing with yin and restorative poses. Don't miss out!

About Ulrica:
Yogamaster Ulrica Norberg is an inquirer and thinker and has throughout her life been creative and contemplative, always with the intention of findings ways to evolve in body, mind and spirit. Ulrica has played an important role in the growth of yoga in Europe from the 90's onward and has trained over 600 yoga teachers around the world. She has written more than a dozen books on health, yoga and meditation and in 2018 published her newest book on life, meaning and The Breath.

With a mind intrigued how things function and affect energy, Ulrica has spend many years studying physiology, anatomy, philosophy, psychology and bioenergy work. Now settled in the ISHTA yoga lineage she is one of their yogamasters and lead trainers in their teacher training programs as well as a master teacher in various specialty trainings.
