Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental & emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Only seated postures in this workshop. The holding time for postures will be 5 minutes each & will be for the first hour of this workshop.

Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation whilst lying down in Savasana. This will be held after the Restorative practice for 45min.
