The Revitalise Course is a unique opportunity to spend 3 weeks focusing on renewing your body. As much as we all strive to live balanced lives our bodies can easily get clogged up by both bad food choices, anxiety and emotional stress.
Tamsin has been running similar course for the past 11 years and has seen remarkable change in herself and fellow students. The most significant is experiencing the conscious connection between what we can digest and how it makes us feel.
The Revitalise kit you will receive at the first session of the course and will include Colon support to aid peristalsis in the large intestine, Wheatgrass powder to aid in alkalizing the ph levels in the body, and a mouthwash to keep the mouth fresh and clean as toxins get released.
In this 3 week course offering 2x 90minutes sessions per week Tamsin will lead you through a detailed food programme to help shift out toxins like refined sugar and processed foods.
Introduce you too easy dynamic movements that help to drain stuck toxins by igniting the bodies Lymphatic system.
Teach you a specific 20 minutes yoga sequence that stimulates the Digestive system.
Share breath and mediation practices that renew and cleanse the frontal cortex of the brain.
Each session will be will include a short discussion of food toxins and what to avoid, sharing your experiences and tips for the group, lymph drainage, digestive yoga, breath and meditation. each session will build on the one before so that by the end of the course all the tools will be both well explained, practiced and ready for integration into your daily life going forward into the year.
This course is open to all levels and requires no previous experience.
