The modern world is often a disturbing and nerve racking place! If it’s not an over-eager workplace deadline it’s the stresses of our home lives or political uncertainties. Whether suffering from stress and anxiety or deep depression, yoga has the power to heal your physical, emotional and mental bodies. 

Join Stuart as he takes you through the simple practice that enabled him to overcome debilitating depression and remove 20 years of psychiatric medication from his system. You can expect to leave with tangible tools to help you cope with difficult situations. You will learn the basics of a home yoga practice, including asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) and meditation.

Stuart will also guide you through some of the science behind how yoga effects the brain and begin to open your consciousness to explore the beauty of our existence.
