-Introduction to Exercise Elegance (a ballet-inspired workout, no experience required!)

About your host
Fitreat was created by Camille Gardiner and Alyssa Jooste.
We’re two friends- both wives and both chemical engineers, one half is an adventure-seeker, and one half is mom to a beautiful baby girl. Our love for the outdoors and being active led to the creation of Fitreat. We felt that there was a need to find a peaceful space where people can go to have fun and reconnect with themselves- being active, eating nourishing food and practicing mindfulness. Join us as we journey towards balanced fitness!
At Fitreat we are passionate about redefining the word “fitness” by focussing on holistic health and wellness.
We aim to educate and empower individuals on physical, mental and emotional health, recognising that “health is about more than what you’re eating and how you’re moving. It’s what you’re thinking, saying, and believing.”
