Inner Journey Yoga Retreat, 14-17 November, Franschhoek

This is a yoga retreat collaboration that Kate Ball and Wayne Ellis have been offering for the last 5 years. Kate teaches the yoga and Wayne facilitates the breath-work and sound-journey. This is a special opportunity for us to share the learnings they’ve come across and benefitted from in their own lives.

This year, Kate and Wayne are so excited to hold a smaller, more exclusive retreat at The Farmstead, a luxury farm in Franschhoek.

”We believe that the best holidays are those which have a lasting impact on everyday life. This retreat experience centres on transformative inner work: releasing old baggage and aligning our systems for greater balance and harmony in order to manifest the changes we'd like to see in our lives.”

This retreat features combination of yoga, sound healing, breath-work, meditation and journaling. Many people experience powerful shifts as they do deep inner work in a supported environment.

As you nourish your mind, SpiritCafe will nourish your bodies, providing delicious vegetarian food made with ethical ingredients. They will happily accommodate any dietary requirements.

About your hostS:

KATE BALL founded YogaSpirit in 2011 and has been teaching yoga since 2007. After completing her initial teacher training, Kate studied under Ana Forrest, who taught her principles of combing Native American ideology and psychology with yoga. Kate’s call to teach stemmed from the desire to share the same gift with people that she’d received from her own yoga experiences. Yoga has had transforming power in her own life, both psychologically and physically. Kate feels deeply fortunate to share this path with others, and teaches classes centered on love, honesty & present moment awareness.
Kate teaches Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, Fusion, and occasionally Bikram.
Kate also owns SpiritCafé ,YogaSpirit’s Sister Business, where food is considered “Culinary Yoga”.
