About your host:
Mandy Wu practices and teaches primarily Vinyasa Flow in Cape Town. Trained formally with a background in Psychology her love for yoga began with a keen interest in alternative therapies over a decade ago. She firmly believes that yoga is a tool that gives us insight into the mind-body relationship empowering us through movement to find freedom both on and off the mat. Once we can master our inner space with intention we can begin to move, create and live mindfully in the external reality. On this retreat Mandy will be sharing primarily Vinyasa yoga as well as Yin Yoga, guided meditation and pranayama known more commonly as breathing techniques.
