These structured activities are balanced with plenty of free time to relax, read, journal or wander around.
The morning vinyasa yoga sessions will focus on cleansing the gut and liver, aligning the chakras and boosting metabolism. The afternoon restorative classes will ensure joint health, solar plexus cleansing, deep release and establishing a home practice.
The meals will support the yoga classes in the transition process, nourishing the body, allowing the digestive system to start with cleansing.

About Verlorenkloof Estate
