About Your Hosts:
Eddie Windsor - Yoga & Meditation
Eddie joined his first yoga class back in 2008. Filled with a desire to share his experience with others, he began the journey to become an International Yoga Teacher. He received his 200hour certification through the Moya Yoga Centre and is accredited with the International Yoga Alliance. Eddie's practice incorporates Anatomy, Philosophy and Posture, creating a magically connected experience for any yogi attending his class.
Tash Hardy - Facilitator
Tash studied Hospitality Management and has been working in the service industry since 2010. She has a passion for working with people and sharing her interests through curated experiences. She met Eddie in her very first yoga class and as a beginner yogi, appreciated his gentle guidance and hands-on attention.
