Spring Reboot Retreat, 27 -29 September, Drakensburg

Spring is a joyful time, the season of renewal and rebirth when nature bursts backs into life in an explosion of sight, sound and colour. It is a time for cleaning out and making way for new intentions and fresh opportunities. This is the time to get really clear on what you want to manifest in your life.

Take time out for yourself to draw attention inward, be present and re-connect mind and body. The practice of Yoga allows us to gradually purify and cleanse all the layers of the self – releasing what no longer serves you. The asana practice purifies the physical body and allows us to release tension and blockages. Pranayama (breath-work) cleans the energy channels and cultivates life-force (prana). Meditation cultivates a clear and calm mind.

Join Hannelize Robinson and the Oaklands team – Annie, Caroline, Kathy and Simon – at the picturesque Oaklands Country Manor in Central Drakensberg for a rejuvenating weekend of Yoga, Meditation, fresh air and mouthwatering food lovingly prepared by well-known chef Kathy Romer-Lee and her team.

Individual PSYCH-K® sessions prior to or during the retreat. The best way to identify what subconscious programs you’re running is simply to look at your life, because, as Bruce Lipton Ph.D explains, it is made up of ‘the program’ 95% of the time. Your life is a printout of the program. The things you have in your life that you love are because you have a program [beliefs] that allows you to accept those things into your life. Anything you work hard at, struggle over, have to put a lot of effort into and it’s difficult, is because your programs don’t support that in your life.

Your conscious mind is reaching for it, but something in your program is holding it at bay. The effort and struggle you feel is in trying to override a program. You’re working hard because you want it, but the undercurrent of belief says, “It’s not going to happen.”

PSYCH-K® is a unique and direct way to change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change. It is a simple process that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind so you can change beliefs that limit your self-esteem, relationships, job performance, and even your physical health, and much more!

About your hosts

HANNELIZE ROBINSON is a Vinyāsa Yoga Teacher and Event Producer based in Johannesburg. She is a dedicated student of Yoga Philosophy & Buddhism and founder of Conscious-Collab, an initiative established to host unique group experiences and gatherings – for mind, body & spirit – to help create a healthier, harmonious and more conscious, connected world.

Her personal journey of discovery has led her towards conscious and mindful living with yoga and meditation becoming an integral part of her life. Her intention is to inspire and assist her students on their own journey of growth and transformation by teaching a mindful asana practice while integrating the other seven limbs of Pantanjali’s eight-limb path.

Oaklands is situated in the Central Drakensberg, 30km from Harrismith, near the border of Kwa Zulu Natal and the Free State – approximately 3 hours drive from Johannesburg.

Passionate about sharing their energy, their environment and the produce of this beautiful farm, the Tully family, including sisters Annie, Caroline, Kathy and brother Simon are committed to creating a collective consciousness that builds hope, security and well-being for all. Permaculture, regenerative farming and vermiculture provide the foundation of a sustainable community that welcomes guests year round.

The award-winning kitchen is run by Kathy. Hugely passionate about farm to table food, she sources most ingredients from their own garden and from farms in the region. What she doesn’t have she sources locally, maintaining that a symbiotic relationship between land, people and community is the secret to a healthy and happy way of life. The result – simple, delicious, flavourful and healthy food.
