Create and share connection through daily mindful movement sessions ranging from breath, martial arts, yoga, playing arts, hiking, handstands, locomotion, restoration & live music.
Explore the mountains, lakes, forests, caves and rivers of the Overberg. Find space through morning mobilizations, playtime on the grass, fireside discussions, silent practice, sound journeys and walking meditations. Immerse in plant-based workshops and culinary explorations with Nat & Fran. Nourish daily with gentle detoxing spices, herbs and whole foods.
A real experience focussed on rooting, authenticity, movement, stillness, nutrition and nourishment, belonging and wilderness, being alone and integration. Each day we will explore morning practice and mobilizations, mountain, forest and waterfall rambles, serious play on the grass, fireside discussions, silent practice, walking meditations, mindful movement workshops ranging from breath, martial arts, yoga, handstands, locomotion, restoration and all that creates and shares connection. All the while being fuelled and educated by Nat & Fran’s way with food and how to integrate this into your everyday life. It’s going to be deep.
About Your Hosts
Dave’s experience so far has been influenced and inspired by Henry Madini of CAMA Muay Thai SA, Jim Harrington and Simon Borg-Olivier of Yoga Synergy, Aditi Gaur of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, Cameron Shayne of Budokon University, David Aghion of Gracie Barra, Richie Lowe of Renzo Gracie Cape Town, Tom Weksler’s Movement Archery, Tomislav English’s Ferus Animi Terra Nova and Iesu Escalante’s Shifting methods, Shaolin Wushu and Acrobatics. Dave’s process is to study with these and other teachers, to research through his personal practice and develop a way in which we all contribute to one another’s lives and work.
Dave currently host masterclasses, weekend workshops, monthly immersion’s, and retreats. His work is to assist and facilitate the individual to create their own path through self-awareness.
