This special weekend held at the Blue Butterfly in Tulbagh Valley will help you relax while enjoying your time in the mountains.
Expect a weekend of a slower paced lifestyle, restored mind, body and soul, yoga, meditations, nourishing vegetarian cuisine, gorgeous views, log fires and laughter with like-minded souls. Your Warming Winter Retreat provides the ultimate opportunity to pause from the crazy pace of daily life, rediscover your true nature and let your soul shine.

Friday Arrive from 3pm. Check in and settle into your peaceful weekend escape. Take a moment to explore the grounds, take in some fresh mountain air and meet your fellow yogis. Welcome Vinyasa at 18:30 followed by healthy vegetarian dinner.
Saturday morning flow at 07:00 followed by breakfast. Enjoy some free time to explore the grounds. At 11:00, join in on an Arm Balance / Inversion workshop to play and explore peak postures. Lunch will be served at 13:00. The evening will be spent with guided meditation followed by dinner and ending off with campfire and stargazing
Sunday Morning starts with a meditation walk at 06:30 . This will be a silent and peaceful walk through the grounds exploring the stillness of nature. This will be followed by a Yin Yoga practice at 07:00 and breakfast at 08:30. Check out at 10:30
Payment Terms: Early Birds are required to pay in FULL before 31 May in order to qualify for the early rate. The late fee applies to bookings received after 31 May and FULL payment s required on submission of booking form.
