Movement

Get ready to move your body in new feel-good ways! Celeste Cohen of Sky Above Yoga, will lead you through daily mobility inspired workshops and Leilah Kirsten of Movement Practice will facilitate daily movement sessions inspired by dance and free-form techniques. Experience how it feels to strengthen, lengthen, sweat, laugh, play and restore through these movement practices.

Food

Nourish your body with delicious food by Portobello Catering. Think fresh, vibrant, nutrient rich vegetarian meals with some decadently healthy nibbles in-between for a well-balanced eating experience. We’ll share 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners together.

Accommodation

We will be staying at the serene and delightful Blue Butterfly near the quiet town of Tulbagh, just outside of Cape Town. The property is surrounded by a nature reserve with trails that range from 15 minutes to 2 hours. There are a number of quiet nooks to rest and relax in and a beautiful studio space in which to move.

Celeste Cohen
Celeste is a Yoga Alliance 200hr and 500hr hour teacher, a Budokon Yoga teacher and a Functional Range Conditional Coach. Her love of movement has lead her journey to study various forms of movement, her first love being yoga. For the past few years she has been teaching Budokon Yoga, which is a fusion of martial arts and traditional yoga. She loves to bring all aspects into her classes, awareness of body, mind and breath, a balance of mobility and strength and lastly just remembering not to take it all so serious. Leilah Kirsten
Leilah is a movement coach, physical theatre artist & dancer. She has practiced as a movement coach since 2012. Leilah offers a unique physical conditioning practice that provides students with strong foundations of physical, mental and emotional awareness. The practice is based off three pillars; Play, Dynamics, Curiosity. These pillars are explored through movement games and exercises that develop adaptability and encourage investigation into basic movement pathways which allow for new movement opportunities.
