This HIKING with YOGA retreat includes 3 days of adventure and relaxation. We will be exploring scenic mountain trails and waterfalls on guided morning hikes, unwinding with daily yoga and relaxation classes, and nourishing with delicious plant-based wholesome meals ... a wonderful combination for body, mind and soul!
