Hridaya School of Yoga focuses on bringing the authentic teachings of Yoga to the local and international community. Thier School was founded and created by Bettina and Pamela-Francis Stuetz; a mother and daughter Team, sharing a vision of spreading the Light of Yoga.

They offer a wide variety of Teacher Trainings, Courses and Modules aimed at spreading awareness of the science of Yoga, It is their mission to transmit these  teachings with sincerity, humility, authenticity and generosity of spirit. Hridaya School of Yoga is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Their Online Teacher Trainings and Online Courses as well as their Online Modules are certified through Hridaya School of Yoga and accredited with The Yoga Teachers fellowship of Southern Africa. The YTF is a registered NPO founded by Kaviraj Yogi Mani Finger creator of Ishta Yoga. Their Trainings, Courses, and Modules can be completed from the convenience of your own home anywhere in the world. 

They also teach One-On-One Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Restorative Yoga classes at their studio in Mill Hill Bryanston.
