Prana Love Yoga


At Prana Love Yoga, our main purpose is creating a warm friendly space that invites you to embark on the transformational and healing journey that is right for you.

We don't worry about perfect looking postures. We are more focused on being fully present in our bodies and honouring where our bodies are at in the moment.

There are a variety of classes:

  • Slow Flow Yoga (suitable for all, including beginners)

  • Power Vinyasa, where we are able to challenge ourselves whilst having a little fun and maybe a sweat.

  • Restorative Yoga where we give ourselves permission to heal both physically and emotionally.

  • Yin Yoga, which is all about joints ligaments & connective tissue and results in improved mobility and even can help with injuries.

  • Kundalini Yoga which is a wonderful practice for freeing up trapped energy and brightening our own shining light.

Outside of the studio there is a FREE weekly beach yoga and swim event at the Small Bay play Park (Blouberg).

Your 1st class is free and thereafter there are a number of affordable package options and specials to suit your availability and pocket.

We would love for you to try a class. We are confident you will love it.

Beyond the scheduled group classes, I also offer corporate mindfulness based services both in-person and online aimed at improving wellbeing and mental health.

These include yoga and mindfulness classes and workshops. In addition I am able to assist with employee wellbeing interventions including burnout prevention and recovery. Having worked in corporate for nearly 30 years at senior levels, I am also comfortable with working with leadership to assist them with introducing selfcare practices for themselves and for the organisation.
