Yoga With Dize


 Yoga is a practice, a practical way in which to create balance between your inner and outer worlds. In yoga practice we create health on all levels, truly integrating body, breath, mind, heart and soul. 

You have a choice: 

to always have a reason not to do yoga  or 

to always make time to do yoga. 

Life can often be challenging, exhausting and overwhelming. It can be difficult to do the very things that will help you change the pattern that you are in. To not only start to manage or cope better, but to truly FEEL better. To find joy and enthusiasm by being anchored through a connection to, and centering in Your Self! 

There is a space within you that is always calm and vast and beautiful no matter what distractions, disturbances or storms are raging around you. It is a deep, peaceful place of both stillness and dynamic life force. 

This space within is always there, yet life has a tendency to pull us outwards into all the ups and downs of the outer world. Yoga brings you back to yourself

In truth, the CONSISTANCY of your yoga practice is what will bring you the real and lasting benefits. The Yoga with Dize subscription is set up in such a way to take away your excuses and to support you to find a steady rhythm and commitment to yoga.

Classes are short and focused with recordings available so you are able to take part in all the classes and follow the thread from class to class.

 

Full length classes are also offered outside of the subscription classes.
