Join Tamsin Sheehy and Lara Roux for a powerful asana experience and the chance to see huge transformation in both your physical practise and your teaching. These Yoga Intensive Sessions, running over two weekends, are focused on Continuing Education for registered yoga teachers; offering you the tools and guidance needed to take your personal practise and teaching skills to the next level.
Expect to be challenged physically during the six Asana practices (2.5hrs each, 15hrs in total) as Tamsin and Lara draw upon their extensive teaching experience to guide your body through intelligent and effective sequencing in order to achieve safe and well aligned intermediate-level poses.
After completing this training you will recieve a Yoga Alliance Certificate of Attendance for 30hours For Continual Professional Development in Yoga.
You can expect individual hands-on adjustments and physical assists during each Asana session; plus, creative and effective yoga prop usage and clear verbal cues for refined alignment.
The theoretical components of these weekend intensive’s will draw upon Tamsin’s extensive experience of teaching teachers through The Shala’s 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher Training Course and Lara’s vast knowledge gained from running her own retreats, courses and workshops both nationally and internationally. All essential teaching skills will be covered, as well as the more subtle aspects of reading the energy of your students and keeping your own energy clear and vibrant in this often emotionally charged and physically demanding profession.
All hours of the training are compulsory to receive your 30hr Yoga Alliance accredited Continuing Education certificate.

Both weekends will follow the same hours.
Saturday 11am -17.00
Sunday 7am-9.30am, 12pm-16.00
The Intensive will include 15 hours of Asana Practice and 15 Hours of Teaching methodology.
