Join Tegan for her second internationally recognised 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training happening at House of Calm from May to 1 November.

This teacher training is a 200 hour vinyasa teacher training which is internationally recognized with Yoga Alliance and will qualify you to teach world wide.

The training will give you the foundational knowledge and experience you need to begin teaching your own students. As well as provide a platform for further study into the areas of yoga which you are passionate about.

The cost of the training includes all yoga classes over the 6 months at House of Calm, lecture weekends, a textbook and your manual - so no additional costs.

The theory component of the training will run over 6 weekends. In addition the training will require 80 hours of practical classes to be completed over the 6 months at House of Calm.

The weekend dates and times are Friday’s 17.00 - 18.00, Saturday & Sunday 8.30 - 17.30

About Your Host

Thanks to her mother, Tegan has been fortunate enough to have had yoga in her life from a very young age. However, only in 2011 did everything fall into place. Tegan completed Living Yoga's Teacher Training that year and began teaching in 2012.

Since then, she has completed another teacher training with Jim Harrington, as well as his 500 hour (advanced) training. In 2013, she was even more fortunate to go to India where she met many wonderful teachers and wandered through some amazing ashrams.

In April-May 2015, Tegan completed the 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in New York with David Life and Sharon Gannon.  She is currently studying a BSc in Nutritional Science which she plans to further help her clients as well herself.
