BeYoga 200 hour Teacher Training, 12 July - 28 November, Johannesburg

Join Tegan for her internationally recognised 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training happening part time in Craighall. The training will be limited to 8 students which will allow for a lot of personal attention and growth.

There will be 3 evening classes per week for the duration of the training where we will unpack the different poses and enhance your personal practice. These classes will be Monday to Wednesday from 17.15-18.15. As well as 6 intensive from Friday (17.00-18.15) to Saturday and Sunday (9.30-17.00).

The early bird price for this one of a kind training is R22 500, paid by 30 April, and the full price R24 000. Payment plans are available. The fees include a textbook, your manual and and all classes - so no additional costs.

Tegan has spent many years learning under numerous teachers both locally and internationally. She has decided to take everything she has learnt and share it with those interested in furthering their own personal practice or sharing their love for Yoga as a teacher.

About Your Host

Thanks to her mother, Tegan has been fortunate enough to have had yoga in her life from a very young age. However, only in 2011 did everything fall into place. Tegan completed Living Yoga's Teacher Training that year and began teaching in 2012. Since then, she has completed another teacher training with Jim Harrington, as well as his 500 hour (advanced) training. In 2013, she was even more fortunate to go to India where she met many wonderful teachers and wandered through some amazing ashrams.
In April-May 2015, Tegan completed the 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in New York with David Life and Sharon Gannon.  She is currently studying a BSc in Nutritional Science which she plans to further help her clients as well herself.
