The Go With The Flow Kids Teachers Training Program is aimed at teachers, parents, therapists and any one else who has a love for yoga and a love for children.

Children’s Yoga is a fun, creative and playful way for children to learn Yoga.

The Go With The Flow Kids Yoga program includes breathing exercises to help children with correct breathing patterns, yoga postures to help increase strength, flexibility and coordination, and relaxation techniques to help children to be able to center easily and effortlessly.

Everyone completing this program will have a complete understanding of how to teach yoga to children.
This training is suitable for anyone with a love for children and a love for yoga. This training has been certified with the Yoga Alliance International.

This Training is divided into 4 modules:

Module 1 starts 27 October: 2 days R2500

Module 2 starts 24 November: 2 days R2500

Module 3 starts 26 January: 1 day R1800

Module 4 starts 23 February: 1 day R1800

About Your Host

Caryn Lustig comes from an Early Childhood Development background and has combined her love for teaching children with her love for yoga.

She has completed a 200 hr children's yoga training, a 200 hr children's mindfulness and meditation training and a 200 hr Satyananda style adult teachers training. Caryn has also recently been certified as an international training academy through the yoga alliance international and offer trainings for kids yoga, teen yoga and adult yoga.

Go With The Flow Family Yoga Studio offers hatha based yoga classes for the whole family. The adult classes are suited to anyone, whether you have been doing yoga for many years, or are totally new to yoga, you will be able to join the classes. You can expect gentle flowing sequences that help to stretch and strengthen your body, using the breathe to move from posture to posture and helping you to completely destress.
