The TRAINING will give you the tools to teach, to better understand yoga, your physical and energetic bodies, your internal and external alignment, the history of yoga, philosophy, the principles of Ayurveda and more. We will practice every day, lectures on the beach and eat organic Indian vegan or vegetarian meals. The VENUE is a breathtaking Eco organic beach-front yoga resort set under coconut palm trees in South Goa, India. Lovely thatched cottages that have everything you need.
DAYS OFF there are Ayurvedic massages and treatments and dolphin-watching and complimentary cooking courses. A very special place for experiencing the peace and calm of nature with little to no distractions.

About Your Hosts
Ilana draws things out of you, you never knew existed. Through her teaching of Kundalini and gift of expression, she guides you through powerful postures, releasing great emotion, tears and laughter. As a child, she intuitively moved in and out of yoga postures, blissfully unaware. She began a formal practice in her teens, and has gone on to train under such esteemed teachers as Yogi Bhajan, Gurmukh and Richard Freeman. She continuously expands her personal practice with numerous disciplines. She has also assisted in numerous International KRI Teacher trainings as well as facilitated trainings at the GuruRamDas home.
Amanbir is a licensed acupuncturist and yoga therapist with over 13 years experience of teaching Kundalini Yoga. He is the director and a head trainer in both level 1 and level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world with his mentor Gurmukh. He brings his sense of humor, uplifting music, and extensive knowledge of the healing field into every class.
Akshey originates from North India and practiced yoga from an early age. He studied for several years with a variety of teachers all over India and has taught yoga full-time since 2010. His extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy and anatomy helps students to experience at first hand the physical and physiological impact of yoga asana combined with the proper application of Bhandas and the subtle guidance of Prana. Akshey also managed to achieve a parallel life of success in the corporate world which enables him to bring a vibrant freshness to the ancient and sacred path that the old seers described in the yogic scriptures.
Anton is a co-founder and Director of GuruRamDas. He is the carer, the nurturer, the giver and the chai wallah. His aromatherapy back ground has given him the knowledge and understanding of natural blends and food remedies to assist people on their path. His gentle nature will make you feel safe and right at home. He teaches yoga in a centered, safe and balanced way that is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners to go deeper.

Doron has spent the last 20 years exploring different spiritual traditions and practises, travelling to sacred places and studying with master healers and teachers. His passion is to empower people to make informed choices and create healthy lifestyle habits. Through ayurvedic principles you will gain a better understanding of the working of the five elements, your personal constitution and how to keep body and mind balanced.
