Yoga teacher training is about so much more than just learning to teach yoga. It is about understanding the practice of yoga and learning to recognise the shifts that happen with deeper enquiry into ourselves. About experiencing the power, magic and joy that yoga brings.
Course Dates and Times
8 Full Weekends over 6 months, Fridays 6 -9pm, Saturdays/Sundays 7am- 5pm
A regular practice of at least a year. (You will need to have an interview with Charlize if you do not currently practice at Monsoon Yoga)

About Your Host
Monsoon Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes to create a space for everyBody. We aim to cater to specific needs and believe that everyBody is able to practice yoga through modifications and mindfulness. We have a variety of teachers who resonate with fitness warriors, mindful meditators, newbies and long time yoga lovers.
Our classes are either heated or unheated Vinyasa yoga or Yin Yoga. Monsoon Yoga aims to create fun, tailored classes that change often to allow a continual exploration of yoga asana. Creative sequencing allows for beginners to advanced students to feel that they are being acknowledged and supported.
Charlize Tomaselli (RYT 200 RYT 500) leads the Teacher Training. With qualifications in Astanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pre and Post Natal, Arial Yoga, Kids Yoga and Pilates, she is well equipped to pass on both the traditional aspects of yoga such as philosophy and energetics and the modern systems of integrated anatomy and alignment modifications.
