Our next Teacher Training is coming up in May 2019 and our mission is to support our trainees as they transform.

Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited Vinyasa Teachers Training takes on a mindfulness based approach and covers a wide range of knowledge and learning that encourages students to go within and delve deeper through compassion based principles and asana. 

During the training you will:
• Learn the principles of mindfulness-based yoga and meditation
• Cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself, others and the yoga journey
• Explore and overcome your fears of using your voice
• Gain insight into the nervous system, movement and anatomy
• Become a confident and authentic yoga teacher

The training is part time over two months and takes place every Wednesday night from 7:30pm-9:30pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am-4:30pm 


Cost: R25 000 OR R23 000 if paid in full before the 1st of March.

The Yoga Life offers a variety of yoga classes that meet a wide range of needs unique to each individual, and thus serve multiple purposes.
