Over 200 hours, in 28 days, you will become immersed in all things yoga! The course is absolutely jam-packed and will be both a physical and mental workout, every day

Yo Yoga offers Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow yoga, workshops and teacher training throughout the year, with classes held daily at their yoga studios situated in Claremont and Pinelands..  Their aim is to help you to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing through the regular practice of yoga.
