Anastasia, also know as Tasia or Tash, is a full time certified yoga teacher and owner of, The Mindful Movement. The Mindful Movement is a yoga and lifestyle brand and blog with a social heart.
Tash started her yoga journey in Cape Town, in 2011 and was instantaneously hooked. She began to experience the powerful healing (mental, emotional and physical) benefits of yoga by integrating mindful movement, deep breathing and meditation. This transformation left her inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. She completed my 200hr Teacher Training Course and "Yoga for Little Bodies" at Devahiti Yoga with Cheryl Lancellas (Accredited with Yoga Alliance UK) in Ballito. She is also enrolled to complete her Advanced Teacher Training course with Ana Forrest in November 2017. Additionally, she has completed many mediation courses, including Transcendental Meditation.
