Services

Breathe.Move.Play:

Yoga is not about touching your toes, or being able to walk on your hands. Yoga is a lifestyle - it is in everything, and it is for everyone. Yoga is a medicine, a practice of self-discovery, connection and healing - inside and out. The mind benefits from stillness, and the body benefits from movement. Yoga is a moving meditation, the creation of harmony and synchronicity between mind and body, which leads to balanced health and well-being.

Yoga and mindfulness are the foundation of Breathe.Move.Play sessions. Bianca Aimée takes a bottom-up approach, working specifically with you and your goals to determine what is required. Her personal style of yoga is a creative integration of play, mindfulness, breathwork and flow inspired by Kinstretch; to build body awareness and connection, flexibility and mobility through a usable range of motions. In these sessions you will flow and explore different movements that align with your specific body. You will connect to your mind, body and breath in a mindful way, which enhances awareness, strength, mobility and flexibility.
