Yoga is a constant teacher and guide to dig deeper, find balance and to provide tools to assist in personal growth, connection and companionship with the self while still sharing in a beautiful community.
Yoga is also very powerful in building physical strength but simultaneously providing strength in knowing when to be gentle with yourself. It is in this constant balance that Britt finds infinite beauty in the practice and these insights and strengths she strives to guide others to access. She has been practicing Vinyasa yoga since 2015 and completed her RYT 200 in 2019.
Britt’s classes are built around philosophical and spiritual intentions and she works on sequencing to connecting this to a challenging and deep physical flow ensuring she meets each student where they are.
