Kirsti walked into her first yoga class at the age of 21 with a multitude of ballet injuries. She had heard that yoga was a great way to restore the body's balance, and was hoping to find some physical relief in between ballet classes. What she found was that yoga not only healed her body but my mind and soul too and so began her practice.
After completing her Architecture degree and trying to figure out what to do with her life, she enrolled on the 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course at AIR Yoga in Woodstock. It was the most inspiring and challenging experience of her life and she finds such fulfilment in being able to pass on the ancient wisdom of yoga onto others.

I incorporate chanting, music, meditation, pranayama and dharma into every class I teach as yoga is so much more than the physical practice of asana.
