Pauli’s love for nature combined with a background in interior and landscape architecture allows her to understand the aesthetic and meditative qualities of plants in any space. Pursuing a career in the corporate world left her feeling overwhelmed and extremely isolated from nature. She then did what any millennial would do in an existential crisis – went off to India, spent time in the Unknown learning Yoga.
”I always felt nervous going to a yoga class and tended to forget to breathe, clenched my jaw and ugh that dreadful front spot! I often felt more anxious walking out of the class than when I arrived.” Her experience merely scraped the surface of her journey with Yoga and gave her a deep desire to help angsty individuals like herself to experience the true healing powers of this sacred practice.
She then added plants to the mix, because you know; plants + yoga = happiness
