"Life is about observing constant change. My yoga offering is to observe and then dialogue an invitation for the student to notice what I see....but from the inside out. When they connect like this they can organically make a physical adjustment that serves them in that moment. This is how I try to live daily.... with more feeling and to not be afraid of what I feel."
Rosalind's yoga practice helps her feel the strength she needs to be feeling. Tension Release Exercises (TRE) have helped her loosen physical and emotional tension. All these tools contribute to her deepening meditation practice, which brings her to a place beyond where all of the above matters.
"It is a privilege when a Being trusts me to hold space for them as they journey beyond what physically and mentally distracts us. This journey to Self is not an easy one, but it is certainly worthwhile.'
Currently, Rosalind is exploring pelvic energy healing. There is so much to know, from trauma, to injuries, to ignorance. The combination of Yoni yoga, TRE and a Yoni egg have opened a gateway to understanding how and why she lives and has lived her life. Rosalind believes that the body has a beautiful way of retelling our story, we just have to learn to listen through feeling.
