I have taught Vinyasa Flow Yoga to people of various ages, most of them being international guests staying at my Lodge. It is an energetic yoga form that improves and consolidates balance, overall strength and flexibility as well as having a cardio element to boost fitness levels. Vinyasa flow yoga is a great way to cope with stress and as an aid to prevent stress levels rising especially in current times.
