EVOLVE Yoga is a an initiative founded by Tarryn James in 2017 with the goal of creating exciting yoga events and retreats that facilitate transformation and growth.
Why "evolve": Life is all about evolving. It is about overcoming challenges and allowing yourself to grow, to learn and to change. That is what yoga is all about; giving yourself the opportunity to observe, to feel and flow. Our goal at EVOLVE yoga is to provide a safe space to experience the magic of yoga and allow yourself to grow and be challenged in your own way, whether its physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
Tarryn’s yoga journey began in 2013 when she walked into a Vinyasa class at her local gym with the aim of gaining flexibility. She left the studio with much more than a stretch – she left with a sense of discovery, a drive… a curiosity. She continued to practice yoga through her days studying Occupational Therapy at the University of Pretoria. Tarryn has found a sense of comfort in yoga. It was the place where she can find herself, yet lose herself at the same time. Tarryn completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and has not stopped learning since.

Our Healthy Lifestyle Coaching is designed to give you guidance and support during your wellness journey. This program includes an initial consultation and assessment, setting of personal goals, implementing lifestyle and nutrition plans, review and guidance throughout this journey.
