OneBreath Yoga House is an initiative founded by Julia McCann, yoga instructor and retreat host based in Cape Town.

“My vision with OneBreath is to provide a safe private space where my clients are able to express themselves in their entirety, wherever they are in their practice, diving deep into understanding the self, whilst improving their physical health, wellness, fitness and overall inner peace.”


Yoga has changed Julia’s perspective on life and how she interact with the world around her and it brings her copious amounts of joy to know that through teaching, she is helping many individuals achieve similar lifestyle shifts/epiphanies. Julia teach Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Restorative/Yin, Bikram and Kids Yoga, with the intention of helping students gain flexibility, work up a natural sweat, have fun, work through their resistance and find peace at the end of their practice.

Yoga is the therapeutic practice of mindfulness, in which we are able to profoundly integrate our internal environment with our external environment, with the intention of remaining consciously connected to both, long after we have left our mats.

Qualifications

  • 200hr RYT (YogaLife Cape Town)

  • Thai Yoga Massage Diploma (Shen Mantra Milnerton)

  • 50hr Kids Yoga (Yogalini Hout Bay)

  • First Aid Level 1 (St.John’s Woodstock)
