About:

I teach a Dru Yoga which was started in the UK 45 years ago. The emphasis is on flowing movements, soft joints and subtle flow of energy. We place a lot of emphasis on movement from the spine and have a series of Energy Block Releases to release blocked energy along the spine, in our joints and muscles. Dru Yoga creates powerful moments of stillness know as "Dru points'.

Qualifications:

  • 200 hr Dru Yoga Teacher Training

  • Dru Breath Coach Course
