Onchene is a qualified 500hr yoga instructor based in Cape Town. She’ teaches vinyasa, yin, hatha and yinyasa. She absolutely loves movement and living a slow life with your bliss that’s most authentic to your self. In every aspect of life she seeks to live within peace & bliss. She has been teaching for 3 years and has recently fell in love with entwining her yoga practice with the other thing that makes her feel most zen & wise within the chaos of life.
