  1. The Yoga South Africa Podcast

We don’t mean to toot our own horn or anything, but one of the things we love most about our podcast is that we get the opportunity to support our local yoga teachers and professionals! On each episode, we interview someone who brings their own unique views, insight and tips to the podcast. With over 40 episodes available, there is plenty to catch up on if you haven’t even started. From guided meditations to chanting and meditation - we have covered it all! Better yet, we will continue adding episodes twice weekly during lockdown.
