Ayurveda in the New Year: Creating a Personalized Ayurvedic Plan for Better Health in 2023

  • Shakti Yoga Teaching Academy & Therapy Centre 6 Oak Ave, Norscot Slopes, Sandton, 2055 (map)

Ayurveda is defined as “the science of life” and comes from over 5000 years of practice & tradition. It is the art of longevity through daily routine, eating habits, and seasonal cleanses.

As the New Year rolls around, this is the perfect time to do away with what is not supporting our health, and bring in new and helpful tools that will serve our resolutions for wellness.

In this workshop you will discover your personal Dosha (body/mind/spirit constitution), create a detailed Dinacharya (Daily Routine, cleansing, body oils, etc), learn more about how to eat for the seasons, understand which spices can support your digestion and nutrition (Churnas), and explore how we might shift our quality of life through Ayurveda all year round.

This workshop will be an experiential learning experience as well as include foundational and beyond knowledge of Ayurveda.

Cost: R600.00
