Learn the Fundamentals of Yoga over Five Consecutive Weeks

Dates: 24 September, 1 October, 8 October, 15 October 22 October

Times: Fridays 10am – 12pm

This 5-week introduction to yoga will give you the steady grounding you need to build a solid, sustainable yoga practice.

  • Learn basic and intermediary yoga poses

  • Discover the mechanics of the mind/body connection

  • Principles of correct breathing and
    postural alignment

  • Foundational yoga philosophy and theory
