In the spirit of mental health awareness, please come and join is for an hour of conscious movement, self love, fun and relaxation.

We are hosting an event end of this month, BROGA, dedicated to holding space for men through the practice of yoga and conversations about mental health. The proceeds will be donated to buying toiletries for children in need.
