Free Iyengar Yoga CHILDREN’S class to be taught by the dynamic Michele Higginson @bombay_betty at Mark’s Park on Sunday 28th May, for children (and their parents) who would like an introduction to Iyengar Yoga. 

This class, directly after the Youth Class, is one of a series of fun ‘curtain-raisers’ initiated by the Consulate General of India, Johannesburg, in conjunction with the Gauteng branch of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Southern Africa (IYISA), in the build up to International Day of Yoga, which will be celebrated on the 24th of June.

Free Iyengar Yoga YOUTH class to be taught by the amazing Nadine Hurwitz @yogalova at Mark’s Park on Sunday 28th May, for those aged 16-30 who would like an introduction to Iyengar Yoga.
