About
I’m Natasja, a Reiki Master practitioner and Reiki teacher based in Mossel Bay. I’m also a trauma therapist and life coach. I studied Reiki in London under Reiki Master Torsten A. Lange. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation as Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner.
The beauty of Reiki is that it stimulates the body to heal itself, whether that healing needs to happen on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level. As a Reiki practitioner, I can therefore help you regain balance on a physical, mental and emotional level and ultimately live a more joyful life. Clients come to me for Reiki treatments to help overcome depression, when they feel stuck and unmotivated, to help them relax, improve sleep, better deal with stress, and improve overall well-being.
And as a Reiki teacher, I offer training in Usui Reiki First Degree (Level 1) and Second Degree (Level 2) in the Japanese and Western lineages. Both courses take place over two days and are held at my home in Mossel Bay. Reiki First Degree introduces the concepts of Reiki, including its history, the Reiki Principles, and hand positions and starts the flow of Reiki energy in the students. Reiki Level 1 enables students to give Reiki to themselves, friends and family. In the Second Degree, also known as Practitioner level, we go deeper into the Reiki teachings. Upon completing Level 2, students can give treatments to members of the public for a fee, or indeed yoga teacher can then include it within their yoga classes.
Reiki and Yoga go extremely well together. Yoga teachers who are also Reiki practitioners will be able to help their students on an even deeper level and add an additional wellness layer to their classes.
