A Guided Meditation for Self Love with Mandisa Nduli

Along with 8 incredible yoga teachers, we facilitated a guided Journaling process through our Instagram pages, called #JournaltoSelf. During those 10 days, we used the powerful tools tools of yoga, journaling and connection to redefine the way we look at social media. Through this process we aimed to cultivate self love and compassion through a supportive network of strong women.

To finish off the 10 days, we asked Mandisa Nduli to share a beautiful guided meditation with us.
