What an incredible journey this has been and we would like to extend our gratitude to all our listeners! We are so excited to be sharing an exciting topic on todays episode before we take a few weeks off for the holidays.

In this episode, Tarryn has invited Nicholas McLean on to the podcast to explore SomaSensing, intuitive movement and using our practice as a tool to heal our internal body. Nicholas is a yoga instructor and mindful food and wellness coach. He shares his personal struggles with indigestion and lower back pain as well as how this practice benefitted him. We share a few tips on how to cultivate mindfulness and intuition in your daily life.
